Define Santiago Pedraza, su segunda novela publicada "Cuentos para monstruos: Witra" , como: "Una antología de historias de campo, de ciudad, del fin del mundo, de horrores y tristezas. Los personajes son ficticios, sólo que no lo saben, por eso se aferran a sobrevivir más allá del punto final. En este libro encontrarás monstruos como Xochbema y El Gran Perro, así como la soledad, una bestia que, según dicen, sigue rondando por el mundo y muerde sin dejar marcas. Cada relato es una pequeña criatura silvestre, así que, si alguno llega a sorprenderte, no dejes que te hiera". Soy un fan incondicional del autor. Lo admito abiertamente. Una de las cosas que Pedraza hace como ningún otro autor que conozca (y eso es un mérito excepcional) es que sobreentendamos por defecto personajes o situaciones para después vapulearnos con otra realidad. Pasamos del negro al blanco y al revés. Si pensabas que el villano era éste, te das cuenta avergonzado que estabas juzgando al héroe
